The second QU Fermentation Community Picnic is happening on 15/09/2024! Again, we will have the opportunity for members of the community and newcomers to meet and share delicious homemade food and drinks, and enjoy a day in the park.

What to Expect

• 🫙Homemade Delights: Bring your favorite fermented foods and drinks to share. Whether it's simple and tasty kombucha and kimchi or something more complex such as homemade beer, garum, cheese or miso, we can't wait to taste it!
• 🔄Community Connection: Meet fellow fermentation enthusiasts, share tips and tricks, and discuss all things fermentation, cooking, and more.

💗This picnic wants to be a space to bring out our passion for fermentation. It's a chance to connect with other people with the same interests, discuss new techniques, and have a great enjoying the last days of summer in Berlin.
